Sam Onukwue

Managing Director/CEO

Sam is an astute banker with vast exposure. He has extensive banking and capital market experience gained over 28 years with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Merchant and Commercial Banks and Multinational Financial Institutions. He serves on the Board of many companies as well as professional bodies/trade groups. He is the founder and pioneer CEO of Mega Equities Ltd (Members of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) which he has successfully piloted since its inception in 2002.

Job Onwughara

Independent Non-Executive Director

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds a Masters Degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Ibadan. He retired as Deputy General Manager with Savannah Bank Plc, and presently engaged in Financial Consultancy services.

Gabriel Ntia

Independent Non-Executive Director

An Accounting graduate with second class upper degree from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus as well as a graduate of Project Management from the Canadian University of calgary. A Chartered Accountant, who has over 4 years’ professional training with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen, Lagos (now KPMG Professional Services in Lagos). He has over 10 years banking experience at the senior management level with Zenith Bank Plc in oil & gas, credit and marketing, branch and zonal management. He previously served as an Executive Director in DHTL Capital Management Ltd. Gabriel currently serves on the Board of several companies.

Professor Sampson Ihesiene Erugo, a Distinguished Professor and the 27th Inaugural Lecturer of Abia State University, Uturu, is a 1987 graduate of Abia State University (then Imo State University). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1988. In addition to a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B [Hons.]) degree, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos (1990), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree of the University of Ibadan. Professor Erugo was in private legal practice up to 1995 when he joined the Faculty of Law, Abia State University.
